our employers we make a search for the essence
(quintessence) of their business or brand. This is the
first step. This insight helps us understand the pushing
power. After that plans are set out and concrete
expressions are prepared.

We deduce the present perception of your business or brand through the eyes of your consumers and customers. Everything is continuously in motion; competition as a whole, but also consumers’ conduct.
